Winner: DDB Brasil “The Broadcast Made for You”

Radio is a special medium, activating the imagination and creating an emotional landscape. When listening to the best work from our network, you have to listen very closely at what makes a spot very special. All five finalists were strong contenders but it was an idea that subverted the tradition of the medium that rose above the rest.

Winner: adam&eveDDB London “Neglect”

The campaign for Marmite out of adam&eveDDB London was an unanimous winner. It’s sheer simplicity made it stand out in what was a strong category. Special credit must go to the client for resisting to put the logo on the ads. If he had, I doubt it would even have made the shortlist.

Winner: adam&eve DDB London “The Other Half”

Film has been always king and queen for DDB. But I feel that the last years we were struggling a little bit with the high quality film pieces. We need to come back as the best film content creators of the world. I am confident that 2014 will be a fantastic year for film content for DDB.

How can you excite people with a new campaign when the old campaigns are already legendary? The folks from London went the extra mile. The hard way. All the way to where it gets nasty and greasy. This campaign is so loved because it´s not just funny or daring but because it´s a perfect integration of brand, product and people on all levels. Well done!
