Pietro Tramontin, CEO DDB EMEA

Pietro was appointed CEO of DDB Europe in July 2010, overseeing 25 European countries including France, Germany and the UK. In May of 2013, the territory under his supervision was expanded to include the Middle East and Africa. He has had a long career in advertising and has been active in several key industry organizations, including service as vice-chairman of VEA (the Dutch Association of Advertising Agencies) and on the Dutch Effies jury. He was elected Legend of the Year by the VEA in 2008, and claimed the title of Advertising Man of the Year in 1987. Tramontin has also proudly served on the board of the Ronald McDonald Children’s Fund for 10 years.

To take home both the Network of the Year and the Agency of the Year titles, not only at Cannes, but now also at Eurobest is an amazing achievement and a great way to end the year. Our industry today is incredibly fast-paced and competitive. It is a significant achievement to get this recognition and an even greater one to retain it. I am very proud of our agencies, which are consistently producing fresh ideas across such a wide range of categories, and especially of adam&eveDDB, which fully deserves the Agency of the Year title.
