“I was very lucky to have bosses who supported me at any time. I always felt evaluated and supported as a creative, and not as a women.”

How do you open doors for other women to succeed? What has made the most difference to you in your career to date?

What made the most difference was that I was very lucky to have bosses who supported me at any time. I always felt evaluated and supported as a creative, and not as a women. That’s the same way I try to support everybody I work with.

What does your ideal agency environment look like?

I like to work in a place where I can influence things. Where I´m free to do my work the way I want and where I can get support if I need it. I like to work with people I respect and who respect me. And also for me – as a mom – the ideal agency enables me to have a career and a family.
